Rev. Frank was born in Frostburg, Maryland and lived in Mt. Savage Maryland until his father returned from World War II at which time the family moved to the Chesapeake Bay area where he grew up (up being relative). He ran away from home at age 9 and survived the streets of Baltimore. After years of being in and out of institutions, he joined the army and went to Viet Nam. After Viet Nam and a stint in Soledad prison, he finally came to the conclusion that life had to be easier. He left California headed back to Maryland, but only got as far as Salt Lake City. He has lived there ever since.
In 1985 he met the Love of his life, Suzi Borg. Together they attended The New Seminary in New York City and were ordained as Interfaith Ministers in 1995. Along with Rev. Sue he created It's A Miracle Center and has spent the last 20 years in gratitude for all that he has experienced in order to have the joyous life he lives today. As he says, "All roads lead to where I stand." Some roads were a little bumpier, but now the road is smooth and the journey is shared with God.
